Muse shuts down 3 seconds after opening it on new HP computer

I tried turning off internet and opened Muse, but still shut down after a few seconds. My Adobe products are installed on my new HP and work just fine . . . except for Muse. When I open it goes through the process and then is open for about 3 second then shuts down. I uninstalled and installed again.  I can work on it just fine on my old computer.

Hi Pamela,

There's a known issue with Muse on Win 10.  Try disconnecting from the Internet BEFORE you open Muse. Once Muse is running, you can reconnect to the Internet.

Examine your Windows Event Viewer. 

What is the faulting module that's causing Muse to crash?

I'm suspecting it's a missing or corrupted DLL file. Perhaps a graphics driver.
