Before exposing my problem, I wanted to apologize for my English, I'm a French guy.
So, my problem is about Muse (of course). When I preview my website in my "navigator" (Safari) and I change the width of the page, the website completely change.

Exactly that is the „art“ of creating responsive websites!
In simple words: In print design you have to place elements in a good looking way. In responsive web design you have to be aware that every element (and parts of it) reacts dynamically and influence the position of each other.
If you don’t want to be confronted with these difficulties, you should create a fixed width site with fixed width breakpoints. In this case you can layout, just as you are used to from print layout.

If you have responsive text objects, they will shrink, when the browser window is reduced. The text within these elements doesn’t shrink, but flows into a new line. (It makes no sense, if the text size becomes smaller, when the browser window is smaller.
If you want text size to get smaller: Use breakpoints.
If menu items overlap, use a breakpoint and place a vertical menu instead.
