Tooltip Error?

It's my first time working with Adobe Muse, and I was using the built-in tooltip.

When viewed in different browsers/browser sizes, there seems to be an error.

Either the box extends until the end or the box is too small for the text. (I dont have a screenshot for the second problem)

Is there a way to fix this?

„… the box extends until the end or the box is too small“ No idea, what you mean with that. The „end" of … what? Why „small“? you can resize it.

Could you please explain?

By extending until the end, I meant it extends until the bottom of the page. (Like in the screenshot)
By it's too small, I meant it does something like this:

But it doesn't always happen, it only happens for certain browsers. That's why I'm confused.
