Turn Off Page Animation

When my page loads in full screen (my computer is set to 1920x1080), it slides up from the bottom and then expands to the sides to be full screen. Is there a way to turn this animation off and just have it load as quickly as possible with no animation?

This turned out to be a problem with some embedded HTML on my theme.  Deleting it solved the problem.  Many thanks to fotoroeder (Uwe) for leading me to that answer in another thread.
