I am unable to use Muse because it is linked to my Creative cloud account and it is not supported. Is there a workaround.

No, Muse only works with a CC subscription that includes all apps. So either you pay a lot more money to keep Muse alive, or you switch to another program
1. Did you download and install Muse from your Creative Cloud desktop app?
2. Muse is discontinued and no longer available as a single app.
3. As m_moretto said, you need a paid Creative Cloud All Apps Plan to access discontinued software. See screenshots below.
