Vertical scroll bar nesting

I am having a problem with my website.

The vertical scroll bar is duplicated on Safari on my Mac when I resize my website.

The website has three fixed breakpoints.

What exactly you mean by duplicating ? Do you see 2 scroll bars ? and is it only with safari or other browsers too ?

Yes I can see two scroll bars when I resize the browser window and it's only with safari. Please have a look at the link above.
