Web Page within a webpage

We have the need to create a webpage with our information on the left and a active webpage on the right. (We do not control the webpage on the right, just use it)  Currently we open our page left and tile their page right.  From what I read a IFRAME is needed but I do not find that in MUSE.  Could you direct me to the resourced to help.  I like MUSE but I find it a bit static with no interactive features to make a website truly useful.
