3d menu doesn't even appear

 i cannot see an option to work with 3d.  even the upper menu doesnt show up. eveyrhting else like performence and graphics  card which is rtx3090 appear as compatible. does anyone else has this issue or know the solutution?

Adobe is in the process of removing 3D and related functions from Photoshop, so you'll need to install Photoshop 22.2 for fully working 3D from your Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application.

thanks for a quick response:) such a shame... do you know why is that? that was a great tool for titles.... is the adobe Dimension reason of removing 3d from Photoshop?
