I was looking for a way to use the lasso and layers since it is not enabled on the instance of Beta I'm experimenting with.

Hi @Impressive_niceness1549, Sorry for the trouble working with Photoshop on the web.

Can you tell us which browser and version you're working with?

When going through the tour, is there any particular step where you're seeing this error?

Perhaps a screen recording of this behavior would be useful for our investigation and reproduction of this error.

Thank you!

Regards,

Pete

Hi @Impressive_niceness1549, curious you mentioned Chrome and now updated us on your Edge browser version.  Does this mean you are seeing this error on BOTH browsers, or was it just on Chrome and Edge is working, or...?  We want to make sure we understand where things are for you.

Thank you,

Thanks Ed,

Can you try sending us your browser logs?

Google Chrome:

  1. Open the top-right Chrome menu, then in More Tools find and select Developer Tools.
  2. In the Developer Tools that show on the right, click the Console tab at the top.
  3. Right-click within the Console panel and choose Save As…
  4. Save the .log file on your computer so you can share it.

Microsoft Edge: For Microsoft Edge logs, see Open Microsoft Edge DevTools.

Once you have the logs, you can email them to Ps-web-logs@adobe.com

We'll ask the team to investigate what's going on here with those logs.

Regards,

Pete
