Issue: JPG quick export doesn't ask about overwriting a file with the same name

• Photoshop version: Photoshop Beta 25.0
• OS: Windows 11

Steps to reproduce:

1. Activate the quick key quick export to JPG.
   2. I save in full size.
   3. I reduce the size.
   4. I do a quick export again and if I accidentally press inter, the file with the same name is overwritten.

Expected result: Overwriting files with the same name.
Actual result: It is necessary to ask about rewriting if the file names match and suggest renaming.
