P: Hue/saturation doesn't update

After updating to Photoshop 21.1, Hue/Saturation stopped updating in real time to Hue changes.

I re-installed older version, 21.0.3, and it works just fine there.

Also, the new update seems slower, especially when drawing, but that's for a different post.

Thanks for pointing this out, it's definitely a bug and it's definitely new and I have written it up.

many adjustments are not updating. For example, healing brush is not cleaning up dust spots

Are you using Photoshop 21.1?
