After Restarting PS 2019 and 2020 are gone

I did "nothing" just restart my Mac, and now i have Photoshop 2022
but my 2019 and 2020 and 2021 ist away. (????)
i need them and all my actions that need english Version... all gone.....

Sounds like you had "Remove Prior Versions" checked when you updated:

No i always had this off, i work since YEARS with old versions because i always nee one in english and 1 in german
 and in the ... are no more old versions,
only 23.0 and 22.5.2

the same thing happened to me. I lost my old 2020 version and can't get it back.
