It seems that the option for align/not aligned for clone stamp and healing brush have disappeared from my header box. It was acheck box as i recall.
Any idea what happened?
I have the "Aligned" checkbox for both the Clone Stamp tool and the Healing Brush tool. Can you show a screen shot of your tools with the options bar so we can see what it looks like? What version of PS (exact) do you have?
Thanks, I'll give that a try. Mine is definitely misising
Click the button after your 3% angle and before the "which layers" selection. It's in the right place, and I think that's it. When you have a small monitor or have resized your window, Adobe will shrink some of the buttons so that all will fit.
Have you tried resetting all tools and your Photoshop preferences I see the check box you are referring to in Photoshop 2020.
Reset your preferences:
Looks like you have Enable Narrow Options Bar checked in Photoshop>Preferences>Workspace.
After changing the setting Restart photoshop to see the results.
Enable Narrow Options Bar OFF
Enable Narrow Options Bar ON
This was my problem, thanks for that tip re uncheck Enable Narrow Options Bar ON
Jeff, that solved the missing "align" box for me. Thank you! Adobe really needs to put a notation next to the "Enable Narrow Options Bar" that advises about that.
