Creating a GIF File Imported from After Effects Issue

I have created an animation and After Effects. I import it into Photoshop and export it as a GIF. Then I inserted the GIF into a Google Slides. The quality looks terrible and is pixelated and sometimes, the movement happens all at once. In After Effects, the images are very clear and not pixelated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
