Lighting Effects not working

Hello Community,

I have recently joined and have enjoyed looking around.

My issue is that when I go to PS Filter - Render  - Lighting Effects I am unable to change the lighting effect and when I do try, it mixes up my photo in a strange way, ie; top becomes bottom vice versa WITHOUT changing the lighting.  I have done Preferences >Technology Previews and check "Deactivate Native Canvas" which then elongates the picture and still no lighting toggle arm or change in lighting.  Pics attached. Thanks a bunch.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the version of Photoshop and the operating system you're working on?

Also, please try updating the graphics drivers and let us know if that helps.

Can you also send over Photoshop's Help > System Info dialog text to us?

You could paste it in a message here, or use a paste service like http://pastebin.com to provide a link to the full text of the System Info.

Regards,
Sahil
