Hello,

I have been working on creating a 3D Pdf with Photoshop. However after I have updated my Photoshop CC to 2018, the textures on my .obj file appear as white. Before the update the textures were working. Any ideas as to why this has happened?

Thanks - I have checked and its not the opacity. The plain colour textures of the people have come through but not the texturesmodel.jpg

The easiest way to get this fixed would be to re-link the image back to that Balloon object.

Do you have the original image?

If so then select the ballon and re-apply the texture.

Otherwise we would need to understand your workflow and figure out what happened.

For example:

  1. This was an OBJ file that was imported into Photoshop.
  2. Then is this exported as a PDF?
  3. When did the file lose it's texture? Was it on Import or export?
