Neural filter errore e scheda video non riconosciuta

Dopo aver aggiornato alla versione 22.4.1 non viene di nuovo rivelata la GPU. Inoltre utilizzando i Neural Filter si confronta il messaggio "si è verificato un problema durante l'esecuzione del filtro".

Sistema Operativo Windows 10 Pro 64 bit aggiornato all'ultima versione.

Scheda Video NVIDIA Quadro 2000

Con la versione 22.3 tutto funzionava regolarmente.

Sorry to hear about this. Could you please try updating Photoshop to version 22.4.2 through the Creative Cloud app and let us know if it helps?

Aggiornando alla versioni superiori alla 22.3.0, non viene più riconsciuto il processore grafico e non funzionano i neurals filter.

Quale può essere il motivo e come poter risolvere questo problema?
