Hi, sorry about that

I don't have a solution, but maybe if you try to reset the preferences will work, here the instructions:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

Another option: install a previous version of Photoshop

Go to the creative cloud app and click on the 3 dots next to Photoshop app to see more options and select other versions

you can install a previous version of Photoshop and maybe that will work, sometimes there are bugs and you have to update the system

Let me know if that works

There are a few issues with Photoshop that you can check here

Sorry to hear about your experience. In addition to the helpful suggestion given by @War Unicorn you may try the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove the existing app installation & reinstall once done.

https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

To reset preferences: Go to the menu Photoshop and select Preferences/General, inside the general preferences you will see RESET PREFERENCES ON QUIT, click there and quit Photoshop

Another option

You can try enabling the option to Deactivate Native Canvas in Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Technology Previews. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

LMK if that works

Is this an older Mac? Might want to check the requirements as Adobe upped the ante as far as GPU requirements go:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html

Besides that, Apple needs to up their game as far as GPU driver support goes; it's all I see here now with Mac users having GPU problems.
