Hallo. I'm trying to have a water effect on an image.
In Photoshop 2024 I cannot see "Light Effects" in the Rendering panel... any guess?

If you mean Filter > Render > Lighting Effects, this should explain why it was removed and what version of Photoshop to install if you still want it:
