Photoshop 22.3 program error

We have the problem that Adobe Photoshop users with a NVIDIA Quadro M1200 cant use Photoshop properly. If they open a project immediatly there comes a message that there is an program error. Aswell as when you want to open a new page. 

If did some research and also want to open in the preferences the performance-menu but it wont show it to me. I have already reseted the settings. Manually and per CTRL + ALT + SHIFT. 

I have already uninstall and installed Photoshop but it didnt help either. 

The graphics driver has the current version.

The graphic card is set as default graphic card.

Could you please help me solve this problem.

I solved it. I had to rename the sniffer.exe.
