O/S is Windows 10 Home November 2019 update.

As the caption, I cannot use "Save as" command.

In case of not only PNG but also every picture format, I cannot do.

I have no idea to improve.

I have to use "export" command. It is not convenient for me.

Could you please advise me how to solve?

Hi

What exactly happens when you try to do a Save As, it's working fine for me with Windows 10 1909 and Photoshop version 20.0.2

Unfortunately, my Ps 2020 may not perform well. Whatever I did was vain.

When I returned from Ps 2020 to Ps 2019, Ps 2019 performed well.

I am going to use Ps 2019....

Thank you for advice.

My Photoshop is version 21.0.2.

I have already tried reset preferences setting in vain.

And I have tried also below:

Uninstall & reinstall

install old version

However results are the same.

Well? What is going on? I have the same problem with version 21.1.1. I installed an old version. Same problem. I uninstalled everything then installed the latest version. Same problem. Furthermore:

-- the File > New command does not work either.

-- the Workspace does not stay in place.

Windows 10 Home, version 1909
