Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop as it does not open.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Photoshop (22.4.1) installed on the computer & let us know if the issue persists.

You can try the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/2JZDqZB

If the issue persists, please roll back to the previous version of Photoshop using the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/2wH0JjE

Please uninstall the latest version of Photoshop first & select the option to Keep Preferences prior to installing the previous version.

Regards,

Akash

El problema persiste.

Las versiones 22.4.0 y 22.4.1 no funcionan

He tenido que instalar la version 22.3.1 para que vuelva a funcionar

Gracias

Would you mind restoring the preferences for Photoshop & see if it helps? Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

You may want to backup your settings beforehand: https://t.co/4dX7gkr36D

Thanks,
