hi, so i'm struggling to import mp4 and mpeg files into photoshop, apparently there's supposed to be a import 'video frames to layers' option but all i can see on my mac is this
and when i try to just select videos to import or drag them this comes up
I have quicktime installed and any video i'm trying to import plays fine, they can also be opened in after effects.
sorry if this is a dumb question with a super obvious answer lol, i'm new to ps :))
