Hi Patti,

I have your page of quick tips bookmarked. This morning a received a link with the ACP newsletter and when I clicked the link for the quick tip, It came up "access denied". So I tried using my bookmark, and #4 comes up as it did last month.

However even going in that way, #5 came up with "accss Denied." I figured Silvia is already off by now (noon PDT) so I am writing you directly.  

Is it me or is it the link??? and that IS the question!!!
