Saving files as .jpg or other extensions

Since the latest two updates to Photoshop, when I save a file, it will only allow me to save them in the formats shown in this attached image. In order to save a file as a .jpg, .png, .pdf, etc., I must save it as a copy. Is there a quick and easy fix to this? Thanks.
