I keep getting this error at startup of Photoshop 24.1.0.Photoshop Error.png

The folder 'null' does not exist. Your environment is improperly set up.

Clicking "OK" dismisses the dialog, but brings it up again immediately, after about 6 dismissals, they finally stop.

Impossible to know which script is causing those errors, even more so since you haven't provided even basic system info. As a start reinstall the program with sufficient user privileges after deleting the preferences.

Here is my system info.

I uninstalled Photoshop and re-installed it again with admin privileges, and as soon as I opened PS, I got the same error again.

Look in File > Scripts > Script Events Manager and remove any scripts found there.

The requested system info requested is from Photoshop's Help menu, not the OS.
