Windows 10 - Photoshop stuck on "initializing video export"

Hey guys!

Im trying to make a breakdown of a photoshop composition using the plugin "breakgen" but it gets stuck on "initializing video export"

now, at first i thought it was a problem with the plugin exporting videos (exporting GIFs are no problem)
so i tried using photoshop to make a video instead, but i still en upp being stuck on "initializing video export" and nothing happens.

Im on a PC using windows 10.

A few weeks ago i had no problem at all making the breakdowns using the plugin.

any tips on what i can dop?

Hi, what version of Adobe Photoshop are you using? What are the features of your computer? Does this problem also occur with other files?

My photoshop version is 23.4.2

My specs are

A few weeks ago i was able to use the breakgen plugin to make breakdowns, and also make them "the normal way" directly in photoshop.
now i cant do either.

Gifs works, Videos dont

will i loose brushes and other stuff that i have?
