Fonts are too small on a Lenovo X1

Today I have bought Photoshop Elements 2020. After having installed and started to use this tool for the first time, I have found that all the fonts on the screens of any GUI are too small to read successfully. This happens for text in a task bar, in an action bar, in the upcoming popup windows, etc.. Have tried to find any "button" to make all the fonts larger - but w/o any success.

Please help in order to avoid using magnifier when working with Photoshop Elements 2020. Thanks in advance.

If your monitor is a high resolution 4k model, try going to Edit>Preferences>Display and Cursors, and change the UI Scale Factor to 200%.
