Hello,
I'm trying to remove an out of date Version of Photoshop Elements.
I cannot install the Application Manager due to
AdobePIM.dylib cannot be opened as Apple cannot search for Malware.
What shoud I do ?

Sorry that you cannot uninstall Photoshop Elements as you do not have the Application manager to remove the app.
Would you mind using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and remove the Photoshop Elements app? See https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
