IDENTIFYING ALL PHOTOS IN FILE EXPLORER WINDOWS 10

  I have PSE 12.  Is there a way to be certain that all photos in File Explorer have been transferred to Organizer without checking each photo?

You could use a watch folder if not already set up. From the Organizer menu go to:

File >> Watch Folder

You can add the pictures folder (and all sub folders) or any additional drive or folder where you keep your files.

Organizer will then prompt you to import any new images it finds or you can choose to have them added automatically.
