Just bought Photoshop Elements 2020--Organizer is 32-bit and incompatible with Catalina

Is Organizer 2020 supposed to be compatible with macOS Catalina? My 2019 version was just fine; I upgraded only to get compatible with Catalina. But that does not seem to be the case.

What should I expect?
