Are there any error messages?

Have you installed the latest driver for the printer?

No error messages. I believe I have the latest print driver. And now when I hit print the editing component shuts down.

1. Try resetting preferences to default. In Editor, expert tab, go Edit>preferences>general and reset preferences on next launch.

2. You can check for an updated printer driver on the manufacturer's web site.

3. Can you print from other applications?
