The problem is that my old laptop crashed. So I can no longer deactivate Adobe. I have a new laptop on which I want to install elements 13 and that is not possible because I cannot deactivate the old laptop.

How can I install Adobe Elements on my new laptop while Adobe is not deactivated on the crashed laptop?

I've moved your post from Photoshop (beta) to the Photoshop Elements forum.
