unable to access PSE help page

When I clicked on one of the "Learn more about ______" links I got an "Access Denied" message. I'm using Photoshop Elements 15.

The "Learn more about" link appears in different dialogs when you have to access more detailed help.

It could be a broken link for a given feature help, or it could be a general failure for accessing the help docs with your PSE version, your hardware or software settings.

Which action is triggering the "Learn more about" message? Does it appear in several similar cases?

That would help users with PSE15 to try to reproduce the issue to test the reason of the failure.

Generally, you can access the online help file directly.
