Unable to contact support for help

I have just gotthe apple store verison of Photoshop Elements 2021.

I have got problems and have already raised an issue on this forum but my problem has not been resolved.  I want to talk to a person via online chat or phone but I am unable to do so, When I press the contact us button on the help page nothing happens.
