Audio Tools not available in Quick View

The Help PDF says to access Audio Tools in Quick View by clicking the Tools icon. However, doing so displays only video tools. 

Is there a way to create a narration in Quick View? 

Has Adobe dropped Audio Tools from the Quick View?
