Hello,
I have figured out how to disable the pop up registration for the default user and the System User account when installing Adobe Premiere Elements 7.0. Does anyone know how to do it for all users that have previously logged on to the computer? Or is this something that needs to be programmed through the installation batch job. My operating system is Windows 10 and this is for a Software Centre installation via SCCM. Any help/assistance would be very much appreciated.

You're talking about a 10 year old piece of software, so it may be difficult to find any support for the program. Adobe certainly won't help you out -- and they may be the only ones who can help you with batch installations and installations on a network drive.
I'm not sure what you mean by disabling the pop-up registration window. If the software is registered, you should not see any pop-up window when you start the program.
BTW, that very old piece of software has a number of limitations. You must set up every project manually, for instance, and if you don't set it up correctly at first the project might not turn out right.
Version 7 also works almost exclusively with tape-based miniDV and HDV video. It does not play well with AVCHD or other hard-drive camcorder video -- and it won't even know what to do with video from other sources, like phones.
Particularly on Windows 10, you'll find version 11 and later far superior. It supports almost any kind of camcorder or phone video and in most cases it sets up your projects automatically. (Though, for the record, Adobe only gives you support for current versions of the program. So if you are doing something other than a traditional standalone computer installation, it might be a good investment to buy version 2018.)
