mancata aperture del programma

Gentile servizio,

Ho seguito tutte le vostre indicazioni due volte, oltre le prove precedenti di riinstallazione e quelle durante la chat,  ma il software non si apre.

Riepilogo : premiere elements 15 ha funzionato per un breve periodo. Ora il programma non si apre dando un messaggio di errore ( Prem. Elem 15 ha smesso di funzionare. Windows: si è verificato un problema che impedisce il corretto funzionamento del programma. Se è disponibile una soluzione , verrà chiuso il programma e inviata una notifica automatica )

Dal registro eventi rintraccio il seguente messaggio (analogo ai precedenti):

Ora sono costretto ad abbandonare il software ed a ricorrere ad altro programma che non ho ancora identificato.

Gradirei comunque avere delle informazioni in merito al problema.

I am relying on a Microsoft translation....

The most common cause of Premiere Elements stopping is from graphics drivers.   Either a new one is incomparable or it needs updating.  The first step is to try to update the graphics driver.  If it is up to date, try to roll back the driver to a version a few months old.

Try to update the drivers at the AMD FirePro source.

Dear Sagar,

I identified the cause but not the solution. Probably after various software updates premiere elements has stopped working. Now I have discovered that by disabling the AMD Fire Pro 5100 video card the program works . Reactivating the card after starting p. elements the program seems to work but does not restart if it is closed and re-launched. Any suggestions?
