I am editing a video on my Mac using Adobe Premier Elements 15 whenever I use Pan and Zoom and try and save the changes I get a loading icon (spinning coloured wheel) and have to force quit.

I have tried many times and always have to force quit.

Please help?

Are you saying that you created Motion keyframes for a single photo and you are unable to save the project?

If not, can you be more specific?

Hi Steve,

I want to use the 'ken Burns' but when I use this option it will not save and I have to force quit and re-open the Premier Elements 15.

In the end the only solution was to transfer my project to iMovie to use 'Ken Burns' then transfer it back to Premier Elements 15 to carry on editing.

As I explained I am using an iMac computer

Hope that explains more!

So are you saying that what I said about your project is correct?

Are you saying that you can save the project BEFORE you add any media to it but, after you add one photo to it and keyframe Motion pan & zooms, you can not save again?

Hi Steve,

My solution was to use iMovie for the 'Ken Burns' (Pan and Zoom) - so not really anything to share reference Adobe Element 15
