Every time I want to do a pan & zoom on a photo the program is fixed and I have to restart it again.  I can do a preview and I can cancel if I want to but the moment I push the "done" button it's misery.  I already deleted the program from my mac en re-installed it again but nothin helped so far.

Can anyone help me.

Thanks

I have no idea why you'd have a problem with this feature, based on what you've told me.

The only thing I can think of is that OS Sierra and High Sierra are causing a number of issues with Adobe products. Which may explain why these features work flawlessly on my Mac El Capitan system.

Are you saying that the program locks up when you use the Pan & Zoom tool?

If so, which version of the program are you using on what operating system? (If a Mac, which version of OS or OSX?)

Have you ensured that the photos you are using in your project are no larger than 2500x1875 pixels in size (72 ppi)?

What processor do you have with how much RAM?

Hi Steve,

It is the version 14, I work on a iMac MACOS High Sierra 10.13.2, my photos ara max. 2000px on the largest side and 72 ppi

Processor 2,8GHz Intel Core i5

I only have an issue with the pan&zoom function, and this is a recent problem, a few weeks ago it was still running.

I had a 1,5 hour chat with the adobe assistance and it ended with the fact that they don’t support version 14 anymore.  I’ve downloaded the 2018 trial version and with this version the pan & zoom function works good so now I consider an upgrade although the 14 version is only 1,5 years old.

Thank you for your help Steve.

Current versions of the program have some built-in Pan & Zoom settings you may or may not like. (They drive me crazy!)

My tutorial shows you how to turn them off if you want to.
