PrE 2018 doesn't play MP4?

A new user here. Just installed PrE 2018. When I select an MP4 from Organizer, the disk usage goes to 100% and just stays there; the movie never plays. It's a video that is about 90 seconds in length.

Any help would be appreciated!

What is the source of the video?  Do other videos work?

There must be something wrong with the video. Others work fine. It was just for test purposes anyway.
