Premier Elements 9

When attempting to "GET MEDIA" from files and folders - it only transfers audio (even though there is no audio) - it does not transfer video.

The video file does play on windows media and even other 'editing programs', but the video simply will not transfer into premier elements 9.  It is MP4.

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

MediaInfo
