Hi everyone

Recently purchased premiere elements 15 and when I attach my canon Eos 700d it cannot find it, I've done a bit of googling and it appears that this camera isn't supported, is there any way I can use it?

Are you trying to import stills or video.

Camera raw needs to be at least version 7.4

Imo it is better to get a card reader, copy everything over to the hdd, then import from hdd.

I have an iMac and yes it sees the camera as soon as it is attached. I have downloaded a converter so when I try to add media from the camera now it recognises the camera in the photo's bit but says there are no photos on it (there are hundreds) but it doesn't pick it up when I try to import from the video bit.

I have tried importing directly from my photos application as all the files have uploaded successfully into there from the camera, but when elements attempts to import it says an error occurred as I don't have the correct codec

Do the still files end in .JPG or .CR2?  What is the converter you are using?
