Premiere Elements Green screen no Improvement

I am still using Premiere Elements 11 as there has been no improvement in the Green Screen [Chroma kay ] in all this time and we are now up to version 19.

An amateur movie makers magazine declared PE 2018 wasn't worth bothering with.

Now I see in this Forum that someone is complaining they are unable to get Green Screen function in version 2019 when they press Keying.

Message to Adobe, if you want me to purchase a newer version of Premiere Elements, improve Green screen and Chroma Kay functions.
