Trouble adding media (VOB) files to premier elements 18

I attempted to add media from my DVD Player (GOM player) to premier elements 18. It locks up every time?   ANY ideas guys????

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

First copy dvd to hdd then ingest the vob's.
