I have two YouTube channels.  How can I control which channel Premiere uploads to?  There seems to be no way to specify the channel.

Your best off outputting your videos as 1920x1080 mp4s and manually  uploading them through your browser.

I don't know of a way to change accounts when you upload directly from the program.

When I try exporting videos at 1920x1080 mp4s to my hard disk, the video
saves correctly, but the audio is totally screwed up. I get the same
result with the Quick Export at 1280x720. The same exact Premiere Elements
15 working file uploads to YouTube correctly (except to the wrong channel),
so I don't think this is a corrupt audio file in the video editor. The
audio is, for the most part, just a voice-over recording imported as a WAV
file. I am stymied.

The exact same process is used to create an MP4 and to create and MP4 and load it directly from the program, so I don't know how that could be.

What media player are you playing your MP4 with? Windows Media Player may not be the best choice. I recommend downloading the excellent VLC Media Player and seeing if it plays the audio out of sync.

Steve: Thanks so much for your fast response and expertise. I downloaded
the VLC Media Player (which I like), but it did not change the result.

My audio was on two tracks. One held the audio from the camera
microphone. This track is very noisy and largely useless, so I routinely
turn it off. The second track is my voice-over, recorded using Audacity
and imported into Premiere.

The sound on the MP4 file had none of the voice-over track, but did contain
sound from the camera microphone (which should have been muted). That made
no sense, because the sound from the .prel working file was perfect.
However, in desperation I unsynced the camera audio track, and deleted it.
I then moved the voice-over track up in the track formerly occupied by the
camera audio.

When I saved this version as an MP4, the sound was perfect. I was then
able to upload this file to the correct YouTube channel.

Why did this happen? I don't know. I have uploaded over 20 videos
directly from the export function of Premiere, but this was my first time
saving the file as an MP4, and then importing directly from YouTube. I am
capable of making lots of stupid mistakes, but I have been over this a
dozen times with every variation I could think of, and my suspicion is that
this is a software glitch.

I know of absolutely no reason you're getting such contradictory results, Patrick.
