We are shooting top-down, a video of a table top game. After shooting our footage, we notice the camera was slightly askew...maybe 5-10 degrees. Is there a way to slightly rotate the clip, so that the table top appears straight in the final video?

This is very very basic.

Hit F1 and type in Rotate and/or Basic 3D.

Hi. I tried that. I hit F1 by itself, F1 + CTRL, F1 + FN...lots of stuff. it just kept opening the browser to the Adobe help page. This is not very helpful to total newbs like me.

Shawn,

If you click in the middle of the preview screen, dots will show up on the corners and in the middle of the sides.  You can grab them with the mouse and drag them to straighten up your clip.

There is also a "Transform" effect in the Fx group that you can drag to the clip on the timeline.  It will open up even more controls for more severe manipulation.

I can post screen shots if you need them.
