Video with multiple audio tracks only has track 1 on import

I use OBS Studio to record multiple audio tracks at once with a video, however when I import the file to Premiere Elements 18, only audio track 1 is included. Am I missing a setting in Premiere to enable this or something? Any help is much appreciated.

Premiere Elements can not read multiple audio tracks.
