Project panel copy issue

PPro-Project-panel-issue.jpgVersion 24.3.0 Beta (Build 24)

Windows 10, 64bit

When I move clips and timelines in the Project panel, instead of simply relocating them, it creates a copy in the new destination, but leaves the original in place.

Is this a feature, and if so, how do I turn it off?

Thank you!

Seeing the same thing here. I thought it just wasn't moving them at first and then realize I'd made a ton of copies.
