Editing Captions - ability to add Return for second line is missing

I'm testing the new Captions feature, importing my own .srt files.

In the old Captions panel, you could add a Return to create a nicer two-line caption. I can't do this in the PPro Beta v14.7.0 Build 18.

So you end up with a really long first line, and then one word ("widow") on the secondline.

I hope this is just a bug and no "as designed"! I will need to edit the .srt file in a code editor before using.

Otherwise, I like the new interface, particularly the rolling edit to adjust the timing.

Thanks, but I had tried Shift+Return for soft return. Nothing seems to split the sentence. Pressing Return in the old Premiere worked fine.
